Re-analyzing negative thoughts may lead to depression. So, one should be aware of their mental health and avoid such thoughts.But, as we said it’s difficult to say than to do.

1. Do I believe these negative thoughts?
Ask yourself with this one question that is that even you who can do something like this? Is it actually your ideology or not?
2. Will I or Someone Else Be Hurt?
When you get hurt it’s only you who would feel that pain. NOBODY else would even worry if you have any issue. Live for yourself.
3. Where Does This Thought Come From?
What is the origin of these thoughts? Is it only you? Or someone else? If it’s someone else then is it worth it?
4.Is It Mine Or Someone Else’s?
Like mentioned above are these thoughts because of you or it’s for someone else? Is it even worth to hurt yourself for somebody else?
5. What Do I Need To Know?
Are these thoughts trying to tell you something important? Hear them out. Make sure they don’t overpower you.
6. Am I Ready To Release This Thought?
Are these thoughts too important to be kept within you? Can’t we just release it? Discuss with some people. Make them aware of your situation.
7. What Belief Is Attached To This Negative Thoughts?
What makes me think about them? Find the reason and eliminate that from your life.
8. Am I Ready To Release This Belief?
Like the thought, can you even work on that belief that is making you think about this logic? If you can just let it go.
9. Has This Belief Served Its Purpose?
The belief must have some purpose within you. Introspect and just let yourself be aware that if it has served its purpose.
10. Can You Let Both The Belief And Thought To Go?
The belief and thought should be something temporary in your life. After going through all the above points just make sure you let both of them go.
